The Indian Army, in a decisive step against frequent terrorists’ strikes from Pakistan’s soil, conducted surgical operations against the attackers’ launch pads in PoK, inflicting significant casualties on them.
Director General of Military Operations Lt Gen Ranveer Singh, at a joint news conference with the Ministry of External Affairs here today, said that he had informed his Pakistani counterpart about the Army’s strikes against terrorists, underlining to them that they will not be allowed to cause any harm to Indian citizens.
‘’Based on very credible and specific information which we received yesterday that some terrorists teams had positioned themselves at launch pads along the Line of Control with an aim to carry out infiltration and terrorist strikes in Jammu and Kashmir and in various other metroes in our country, the India Army conducted surgical strikes at these launch pads,’’ Lt Gen Ranveer Singh said.
