Congress Party is our main rival, BJP does not exist in Telangana-KTR

KTR addressed BNI members in Hyderabad

Minister KT Rama Rao spoke at the ‘Spirit of Hyderabad’ program organised by Business Network International (BNI) on November 3, 2018 in Hyderabad.

When asked his opinion on Congress, he said, “ It is Congress party which has to take lion’s share of blame for the backwardness prevailing in various parts of India. This is the reason why I dislike that party.”

KTR emphatically stated that the TRS would not join hands with the BJP as they are ideologically diametrically opposite. Congress Party is our main rival and The BJP does not exist in Telangana.” Minister KTR predicted that BJP will lose deposits in more than 100 constituencies and not even one MLA in the just dissolved House would return.

When asked what would TRS do for the state if elected in the coming elections, he said, “Completion of irrigation projects — Kaleshwaram, Sitarama and Palamuru, developing urban infrastructure like sewerage system, and roads would be the top priorities.”

Minister KT Rama Rao highlighted the flagship programs taken up by TRS government. “We have resolved the power problem in the state. Major irrigation projects are in the final stages and we have brought in major investments into the state which in-turn created a lot of employment opportunities.” Not just the safety of women, but the Government ensured that the entire State was safe for all sections of the people.

Talking about the law and order he said,
“Delegations from seven different states reached out to Telangana and wanted to study She teams model.”

“As a child, I have witnessed many curfews in the state but I can proudly tell you that in the last four and a half years there was no curfew imposed, not even for an hour,” he said amid thunderous applause.
