Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on sunday has constituted a seven Member Cabinet Sub-Committee with Panchayat Raj Minister Jupally Krishna Rao as its Chairman for preparation of Panchayat Raj Bill. The Committee consists of two former Panchayati Raj Ministers Pocharam Srinivas Reddy (Minister for Agriculture) and KT Rama Rao (Minister for IT and Industries) and one former ZP Chairman Indrakaran Reddy (Minister for Housing and Endowments). The other members of the Committee are Minister for Finance Etela Rajender, Minister for Roads and Buildings Tummala Nageshwar Rao and Minister for Irrigation T. Harish Rao. The cabinet sub-committee will also study and take a view on elections to cooperative societies in the state.
