YSRCP Charge sheet on Chandrababu Naidu’s Government

The attack on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at Vizag airport is just the tip of the iceberg as there is a larger conspiracy hatched elsewhere to eliminate the Leader of Opposition whose popularity is soaring with every passing day.
The conspirators had planned and executed the assault with clock-like precision and also had a Plan-B in case of the failure of the attack which had come up in a manner and measure with State DGP and Chandrababu Naidu rushing to the press with pre-meditated statements even before the investigation has begun.
To dispel the doubts and to establish that the numerous lacuna in the post-attack events we are raising simple questions which the State conveniently forgot to go through and are placing the Charge-Sheet before public for their wisdom to decide and question the ruling dispensation.
It is baffling to note that the knife, with which the assailant stabbed  Y.S. Jagan, could find its way into the airport, breaching two security layers. The assailant Janipalli Srinivasa Rao was an employee in the restaurant located in the airport. It is worth mentioning that the said restaurant is operated by Harshavardhan, a recognized TDP member and an aspirant for TDP ticket for Gajuwaka assembly constituency, in 2014 elections. Harshavardhan also has close  links to Nara Lokesh and other senior TDP leaders. It was also pointed out that the assailant had a criminal background with serious criminal cases against him, despite this he was employed by Harshavardhan. The assailant’s obtaining permit to work in the airport and the murderous knife entering the airport, could not have happened without the support of Harshavardhan, working at the behest of the TDP Government.
Further, the assailant is also a TDP sympathiser and his uncle happens to be the Vice Sarpanch of Thanelanka gram panchayat andhe was sanctioned two houses on the recommendations of the JanmaBhoomi Committee, such committees are widely regarded as committees of TDP mafia group in the village. It is therefore apparent that the assailant belongs to a Family of TDP members.
In the recent past, a Telugu film personality by name Sivaji, a noted TDP sympathiser, came up with a theory called ‘Operation Garuda’, which he described to be a plot of the BJP Government. Whereby he predicted that a life threatening non-fatal attack would be made on  Y.S.Jagan leading to the destabilization of the TDP Government by the BJP Government in the Centre.
From these, it is obvious that this attack on Y.S.Jagan, was a part of the criminal conspiracy to eliminate the leader and failing which, to use the incident to derive political advantage, blaming it on ‘Operation Garuda’, said to have been hatched by BJP Government.
Attacking the leader in the airportby enabling the knife to be brought in to the airport through the restaurant operated by the TDP member, is also a part of the plot. This was deliberately planned by the conspirators with the hope to blame the Central Government, as the Airport falls under the control of CISF.
Subsequent to the incident, the behaviour of the DGP, Chief Minister and the Ministers within an hour of the incident, was most objectionable
It was also stated by the Chief Minister of the State that the leader went home after landing in the Hyderabad airport and subsequently got admitted in the hospital after getting a phone call from BJP. This is absolutely untrue and stated by the Chief Minister to mislead the public. The security personnel and patrol vehicle of the State Government have taken the leader directly to the CITI neuro hospital from the Airport
Further, within an hour of the attack the DGP of the AP Government states that the assailant was a fan of YSR Congress Party. This statement is completely lacking any foundation in fact.
Further, the TDP Government and the TDP party leaders introduced a flexi to suggest that the assailant was a sympathiser of YSR Congress Party. It is very surprising that within the short span of an hour from the attack, the DGP, TDP leaders could come up with a flexi that relates to a period nearly 11 months ago, as per the date on the flexi.
Also several versions of the flexi images were released by the TDP Media, with some containing a picture of the rose and some without. However, all the images have an eagle (Garuda in Telugu) depicted conspicuously. This was deliberately  done by the TDP leaders to link this incident to ‘Operation Garuda’
Further an attempt was made by the Chief Minister to trivialize the issue by the propaganda that the wound on Sri Y.S.Jagan’s shoulder was only 0.5 cm in depth, however, the doctors who had actually treated the leader confirmed that the cut was indeed 3.5 cm in depth, necessitating 9 stiches, with four stiches for the torn muscle and the others for the skin. It is shocking to imagine that this incident could have quite conceivably resulted in an injury to the carotid artery, resulting in fatal consequences. This was what was primarily intended by the perpetrators and was narrowly missed, thanks to the divine intervention and the leader’s reflex actions.
The Chief Minister of the State made an attempt to lead the people to interpret the expression of solidarity from leaders of BJP, JSP and TRS as  a sign of conspiracy and involvement in the attack. Using the same rationale, the Chief Minister should have also cast aspersions on his allies in Telangana,Jana Reddy, Jaipal Reddy and Komatreddy Venkat Reddy who have also visited  Y.S.Jagan to express their sympathies to him and his family.
It was also alleged that the assailant had carried a 11 page letter in his pocket at the time of the attack. If the letter is carried in the pocket it should have necessarily be folded and if it was indeed folded, then it should have folds on all pages, however the document appeared to have a fold only on one page. Further the letter appears to have been written by several people as it had handwritings of 4-5 people. The number of pages in the letter as conveyed by the DGP, within an hour from the attack  was different from the number of pages in the letter released subsequently. It is surprising to note that an individual attempting to murder should carry with him a letter, only in the case where an individual has an intent to do away with himself would he carry a letter. Given the above points, we can surmise that the letter being found on the assailant was only a tale and the letter was deliberately planted on him to push a particular narrative.
In the remand report report filed by police department, it was specified that the assailant attempted to murder Y.S.Jagan. It was alleged that the assailant had conveyed in the said letter, his desire to see  Y.S.Jagan as the Chief Minister of the State to take up several welfare activities. This is not consistent with his action of attempting to murder the leader. It is therefore amply clear that the story of a letter being found on the assailant is a tissue of lies.
According to IPC 120(b), only when ambit of the inquiry is widened to include the conspiracy angle, besides the person arrested at the scene of offence, then only the facts will come out and all unanswered questions would get the needed replies like who had hatched the conspiracy to eliminate YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who are the accomplices, how they operated and who all have cooperated. In the same way IPC 107 categorically states that the inquiry should cover all those who had conspired in carrying out the crime right from abetment, to financing, engineering, encouraging and providing logistics involved besides help of any other kind which leads to the crime. Now, who has the need to suppress such facts?
All the above mentioned points should be taken into consideration for investigation. But what is happening is that there are attempts to project the attack as a minor incident and investigation is being held on the premise that the injury the Leader of Opposition had suffered is being said to be a minor one which in itself is part of a larger conspiracy. Hence, we have explicitly stated that we do not have faith in the investigation being carried out by Chandrababu Naidu government. Whether truth will come out or not if the power of investigation is vested in the hands of the conspirators themselves, the people should decide. Hence we are placing the Charge-sheet in public domain.
