After reviewing on distribution of Pattadar Pass Books and Cheques CM reviewed and given directions to the collectors on the arrangement of Ramzan Festival, State formation day Celebrations, Kalyana Laxmi, Harithaharam and other programmes.
- Distribution of clothes to Muslims by constituency wise on the occasion of Ramzan
- Caste certificates are not required for implementation of Kalyana lakshmi scheme as it is for all poor.
- The State formation Day should be celebrated in schools on June 2, as schools start from June 1
- Arrangements should be made to the Telanganaku Harithaharam in the next monsoon season. Collectors should visit nurseries and keep the stock of saplings.
- K. Chandrashekhar Rao instructed that by 20th June 2018 cent percent distribution of Pass Books and Cheques shall be completed. He said the entire concerned administrative machinery should concentrate maximum on this from May 24th to 20th June 2018. CM has nominated senior officers to effectively supervise this one per each district. (List attached). CM also said that the online freezing for recording land details to be lifted. CM wanted that all sale and purchase details are also to be recorded as well as to go ahead with mutations. The hereditary rights are to be established said CM. The land purchaser has to be provided with new pass book and errors if any in the already distributed pass books need to be corrected said CM. Land ownership of every bit of land has to be established. With all the details as on June 20, 2018, the Dharani website will be designed. As far as the land and ownership is concerned there should be one and only record with all details.
