Tiruchanoor, 28 Oct. 20: The TTD has decided to conduct the annual Brahmotsavam, slated to begin from November 11- 19 of Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple, Tiruchanoor in Ekaantham.
The TTD JEO P Basant Kumar on advisor Wednesday held detailed consultations with Agama advisors, representatives of Tirumala pontiffs, and officials non state and central government guidelines in Covid-19, health safety of devotees, Ammavari Vahana sevas and conduction of Panchami thirtha utsavam.
Speaking on the occasion the TTD JEO said that Covid guidelines and restrictions were extended up to November end. Hence the Ammavari Brahmotsavam as per Agama traditions will be conducted inside the temple in Ekaantham.
He directed the Garden and electrical officials to coordinate in decorations and the health officials should take all precautions in garbage clearance and sanitation.
He said a final decision will be taken at Review meeting to be held by the TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy soon.
