The National Disaster Management Authority, New Delhi invites online applications for the Subash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskaar for the year 2024. Member Secretary NDMA Kamal Kishore in a statement said that the last date for receiving online applications is the 31st of August 2023. Detailed procedure and online application form shall be available on https://awards.gov.in.
The Government of India has instituted an annual award by name Subash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskaar to recognise the excellent work done by individuals and institutions in the field of disaster management. These awards will be announced on the birth anniversary of Netaji Subash Chandra Bose on the 23rd of January every year. These awards include three cash awards of Rs 51 lakh and Rs 5 lakh for an institution or an individual respectively.
