Samsung urges not to use Galaxy Note7 handsets
Samsung has been going through a rough time lately with its latest flagship, the Galaxy Note7 (first impressions). The brand announced a global recall of the Galaxy Note7 amidst reports of the phone’s battery exploding while charging. After the global recall announcement, Samsung is now urging all Galaxy Note7 users stop using the phone, and take part in its replacement program. In addition, there are reports that the brand may remotely deactivate units that aren’t returned, to ensure the safety of its consumers.
