Indywood Media Excellence awards given in RFC
Hyderabad: The much-awaited International Indywood Film Festival took off on a colourful note in Ramoji Film City with presenting the Indywood Media Excellence Awards 2016 to media professionals who excelled in their respective fields. The event was organised under the patronage of Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao. The Indywood Film Carnival is an initiative of ‘Project Indywood’ – a 10 Billion USD project to elevate India as a global hub of film Industry. Several media personalities in Print, Television, Online Media, Magazine Media, Radio and the veterans were honoured with the Life Time Achievement award on the occasion. The awards were declared open by the Secretary Finance, and Commissioner, Information & Public Relations Department, Government of Telangana Navin Mittal. The awardees include:
