The Government of Telangana appointed C.R. Biswal, IAS (Rtd.) as Chairman, Dr. C. Umamaheswara Rao, IAS (Rtd.) and Dr. Mohammed Ali Rafat, IAS (Rtd.) as Members of the first Pay Revision Commission vide G.O.Ms.No.86, General Administration (Spl-A) Department, dt:18-05-2018. The enclosed QUESTIONNAIRE is designed to elicit the views of the Departments, Universities, Urban & Rural local bodies, service associations, pensioners and individual employees on the pay structure and related matters which come under the purview of terms of reference of the Pay Revision Commission. The questionnaire is available in the office of PRC & also in the Finance Department’s website https://finance.telangana.gov.in, the Associations and Universities, etc., may furnish the views & suggestions in the prescribed proforma.
