Ensures hassle free revenue administration-Mahmood Ali

Mohammed Mahmood Ali, Minister for Home has welcomed the New Act, “Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 2020“ brought by the Government of Telangana to consolidate the Law relating to the Record of Rights in Land in the State of Telangana by  Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao,  Chief Minister.Home Minister said that it is the happiest day for him that with this step of brining this New Act of revolutionary and historic reforms will completely do away with the problems and hurdles being faced by not only the entire farmer community but also the people of Telangana State like…. production of Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds for transactions related to agriculture land and also to secure Loans from Banks etc.; difficulties experienced in getting Mutation of their lands after transfer; insisting of physical production of Pass Books and Title Deeds for obtaining agricultural loans. This New Act will provide; maintenance of Records of Rights in Electronic Form and validate them; enable land holder to obtain electronic Pattadar Passbook Cum Title Deed; automatic acquisition of rights immediately after transfer of property; ensures hassle free revenue administration; & eradicate corruption.Mohammed Mahmood Ali said that he worked as Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Revenue under Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao,  Chief Minister and closely witnessed and saw thedevotion, dedication, quest, unrelenting and untiring efforts, commitment, and utmostinterest  in bringing reforms in the Revenue Administration by the Visionary, Humanist, Statesman, Great Leader  Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao and also in initiating and implementing various welfare schemes to the Farmers and people of Telangana State. Home Minister said that only the able leader and administrator who has utmost commitment towards helping the people particularly the poor and farmers andwho has courage can only take such a step to bring in historic and revolutionary reforms. He said,  Chief Minister has brought many programmes for Farmers and Poor like RythuBandhu, Rythu Bheema, 24 Hours Free Power Supply to the Farmers, Construction of the country’s biggest Irrigation and Drinking Water Supply Project “Kaleshwaram” in Telangana State. Many States have followed in the path of Telangana State and implemented various schemes being implemented by Telangana State and even Central Government also brought a scheme alike RythuBandhu. Mohammed Mahmood Ali, Minister for Home said that himself entire Telangana People would be grateful and indebted to Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao ,  Chief Minister for promising in the Assembly that the entire Wakf-Lands will be auto-locked in “Dharani portal” and no registrations will be allowedHe said that it is the very first time in entire country to bring in such revolutionary and historic reforms.. He said, the Telangana People are fortunate to have such a visionary, humanist and great leader as Chief Minister.
