Complete final touches to the renovations works of Sri Yadadri LaxmiNarasimha temple complex

Chief Minister  K Chandrashekhar Rao has instructed the officials concerned to complete the final touches to the renovations works of Sri Yadadri LaxmiNarasimha temple complex before the scheduled date for the reopening of the temple.

The CM held a review meeting on the matter at PragathiBhavan here on Friday. The CM discussed with the Temple authorities about the precautions to be taken and the action plan for the Ornamental look of the temple. The CM took feedback from the officials on the progress of works amidst the back drop of his recent visit to the temple and the suggestions he made after thorough examination of the works going on there.

The CM made several suggestions about the decorations to be done at the Queue line constructions. He wanted 350 feet Queue line construction should be done using the Brass designs. The officials put forth before the CM the model designs of the Kalash (Metal Pots) to be placed along the Queue lines. After examining the four models, the CM selected one design. The CM wanted the compound wall on the north side should be demolished to have a Queue line there. The CM put a condition that the Queue line should be completed by April 15. The CM wanted the use of Brass designs for the Deepa Sthamba (Light Pole); compound wall and even the Pedestal of the Light Pole. While inquiring about the Sivalayam, the CM wanted Brass tridents should be placed on the compound walls. He wanted the demolition of the structure on the North side and the area should be covered with grills and railings for a better view of the temple. The CM wanted that nothing should obstruct the temple view 360 degrees and it should appear like an Iconic element.

Like the Sudershan Chakra is placed for view during the Brahmotsavam, Trident should appear all along the Siva Temple. Rathasaala should be in consonance with the Temple elevation. He wanted the compound wall to be constructed around the Vishnu Pushkarini Hills should be illuminated on either side of the wall. The 80 feet Lamp post should be placed at the centre of the lawn. The CM appreciated the construction of the AddalaMandapam (Mirror Hall) and said it is coming up very beautifully. He wanted the last phase of the temple works should speed up. The CM watched a demo on the lighting of the temple complex, surrounding areas during the nights.

Speaking on the occasion, the CM said, “After the renovation, Yadadri Temple town will show its exclusivity among all the temples in the world. The entire Yadadri temple renovated with the Krishna Sila (Black stone) is going to become known for its uniqueness. After the reopening, devotees in lakhs would visit the temple. Measures should be taken in such a way that these devotees should not face any difficulties during their holy visit.”

This is the first temple across the world with a dedicated queue line structure with all ornamental designs and specifically designed to withstand weather conditions and extremely durable. The arch reflects Jain architecture and other architecture like Pallava are also adapted to give a spiritual feel before the darshan. The material used is a high grade L6 aluminum which can sustain for many years.

All four walls of the rathasaala have beautiful ornamental designs. Rathasaala ornamental design has been done specially to match the temple.

In the review meeting, Government’s Chief Advisor  Rajiv Sharma, Advisor  Anurag Sharma, Chief Secretary  Somesh Kumar, CM Secretary Ms. Smita Sabharwal, CM Special Secretary  Bhoopal Reddy, YTDA Special Officer  G Kishan Rao, Temple Architect  Ananda Sai, Architect  Madhusudhan and others participated.
