Telangana State Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji for winning the elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh. The CM has sent a message to the PM in this regard. The CM said he is congratulating the PM for winning the polls in two States on behalf of the people in Telangana state.
