Annual Pushpayagam in Tiruchanur temple

TIRUPATI, 29 NOVEMBER 2022: The annual Pushpayagam was held with celestial fervor in Tiruchanur temple on Tuesday evening.

After the successful completion of the annual Karthika brahmotsavams the floral festival was held to Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru. It is also known as “Prayaschitta Utsavam”, seeking the divine intervention to pardon the sins or mistakes either knowingly or unknowingly by temple staff, archakas and devotees as well.

Nearly 4 tonnes of different varieties of flowers have been used for performing Pushpa Yagam.

This unique fete took place in Sri Krishna Mukha Mandapam between 5 pm and 8 pm.

Board members  Maruti Prasad,  Milind Keshav,  Sourabh, JEO  Veerabrahmam, Deputy EO Lokanatham, Garden Deputy Director  Srinivasulu, AEO Prabhakar Reddy, Garden Manager  Janardhan Reddy, Arjitam Inspector  Damu, devotees were also present.
